Zoho Mail IMAP Setup
Connect Zoho Mail to Mailszen via IMAP. Works with free and paid Zoho Mail accounts and custom domain emails hosted on Zoho.

Step-by-step setup

Enable IMAP access in Zoho Mail
Log into Zoho Mail → Settings (gear icon) → Mail Accounts → IMAP Access. Toggle IMAP on and save.

Generate an App-Specific Password if TFA is on
If you use Two-Factor Authentication, go to accounts.zoho.com → Security → App-Specific Passwords → Generate New Password. Name it "Mailszen".

Connect in Mailszen
Enter your full Zoho email address (including custom domain if applicable) and your password or App-Specific Password.
Things to know
- *Zoho has regional servers: use imap.zoho.eu for EU accounts, imap.zoho.in for India accounts.
- *Custom domain emails hosted on Zoho use the same imap.zoho.com server.
- *If the IMAP toggle is not visible, your Zoho Mail plan may not support IMAP access.
